I am sorry that I did not include an address on my company info, however I have since corrected, as well as including my name. I do not , and have not EVER scammed anyone. When a resident or business signs up with my company, I personally go to the address and install the equipment needed, and to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. X-Stream Communications is a secondary business that I established, and work very hard at, to make it worth the money. I also still work a fulltime job as a Paramedic for Union County. X-Stream Communications has 118 customers, and still growing. I initially was very excited about finding a site that I could interact with fellow citizens of Cherokee County and I hope that I may continue to be a part of such a nice message board. I really enjoy reading the posts. I am sorry if I have offended anyone. It was my hope that I could bring more of my business closer to home, and add to my current Cherokee County customer base. Since most of my customers are in Shelby, Greenville, and Spartanburg, I am hoping that there may be more Cherokee County residents who would rather do business with someone local vs., the big corporations. It is my dream to have an office opened in Gaffney by the end of this year. I started this business because I was tired of companies charging so much for phone service, and sticking it to us by charging hidden fees, such as Charter or Vonage. It took me about 3 1/2 years of hard work and expense to start X-Stream Communications. I would hope that those posts, accusing my business of being a scam would please be removed.
